Surrounded by mango and coconut trees, SaffronStays Lakeview Nivara is a 3-bedroom lakefront private pool villa near Panshet on the Pune-Panshet road, overlooking the pristine Khadakwasla backwaters. The private villa near Panshet sits on a 2-acre property with a 0.5-acre lawn, gazebo, sit-outs, and organic farm. The ground floor of this private pool villa has a fabricated ramp which makes it wheelchair accessible and elderly-friendly. It opens to a spacious living room, lounge area and 2 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms). The first floor is equipped with a spacious bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) with stunning lake views. At Lakeview Nivara, indulge in fruit and vegetable picking, lakeside walks, games, delicious meals, and a bonfire for an unforgettable experience with loved ones. Security Deposit INR 3000 per room & needs to be paid online before check-in. Meal charges (All Meals): Adults(12+ yrs) Veg/Non-Veg INR 1600 +GST, Kids(6-12 yrs) Veg/Non-Veg 1200 +GST. BBQ charges Veg/Non-Veg INR 650 +GST per person. The Wi-Fi availability at the property is subject to availability. Bonfire can be made available at a charge of Rs 500 per session. Given the location of the home amidst nature and its unique structure and architecture, you may spot some creepy crawlies (especially during rains). It is a request to reach out to the caretaker in such cases and not harm them - they are harmless until we bother them. Guests are requested to always keep the doors closed (especially while unattended) and close the windows at 6 pm. Network connectivity is weak. BSNL & Jio works fairly well. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
