The holiday home comprises of 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a powder room (shared by the staff) on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first floor with private balconies and a jacuzzi. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Home-fresh delights made by Dasharath and Bharti, our in-house chefs. Allow the plunge pool, bar-n-barbecue set-up, indoor games, and a lush-green, sprawling lawn to take your party plans to the next level! The free WiFi connection & modern amenities also make this an ideal workation villa near Mumbai & Pune. A refundable Security deposit of Rs. 20000/- needs to be paid in cash on arrival. It's returnable after a survey of the home during the check-out if no damage is found. The swimming pool is chemically cleaned in the evenings therefore not advised to you after 7pm.

Please Note: Meals (breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner) are available at Rs 1500 (veg) and Rs 1700 (non-veg) per person, per day and for children at Rs 1000 (veg) and (non-veg) per child, per day. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge. Seafood and mutton dishes (subject to availability) can be served at an additional cost which is payable at actuals. BBQ can be available at an additional cost of Rs. 650 for veg and Rs 750 for non-veg per head. Meal charges need to be paid in cash on-site. No colors are permitted within/outside the villa. Hookah isn't allowed. Payment must be done in advance.
