The Candolim beach and market is just a few meters away, Coco and Reis Magos Beach are the nearest. The LPK Night Club is just 500 meters walk from the Villa. The Supermarkets, cafes & famous restaurants like The Lazy Goose, Fisherman,s Cove, Tomatoes etc are only meters away. The villa is located at a very convenient location which is close to many beaches and markets, at the same time it is peaceful, secured and away from the noise and pollution on the Candolim Beach Road. The supermarkets and departmental stores are just a stroll away. You can easily hire bikes and cars as rentals just outside the villa at a very reasonable price.
