At 4th FLOOR ROOMS you will find yourself enveloped in a warm and welcoming environment. Inside you will find two bedrooms with respective dedicated private bathroom OUTSIDE THE ROOM. Each room is equipped with TV and Wi-fi. The apartment also includes a living area with a sofa and a shared terrace where you can relax and perhaps socialize with the other guests but USE OF THE KITCHEN IS ALLOWED BUT ONCE USED YOU WILL NEED TO CLEAN EVERYTHING UP WITH RESPECT FOR THE OTHER GUESTS, OTHERWISE THE STRUCTURE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPLY A PENALTY FOR EXTRA CLEANING. Both rooms have a breathtaking view: you can admire the majestic Basilica of Superga and the Alps.
The neighborhood where 4th FLOOR ROOM is located is a quiet neighborhood. In the surrounding areas there are parks equipped for walking or training in the open air. Its strategic position makes it very easy to reach the main points of interest in the city.
