Belle ile Lake View Suite is very cosy apartment with 2 balconies and great panoramic lake view. The building was built in the middle of the 19th century as one of the first hotels on Como Lake. Hotel was named "Belle ile". Therefore, there is a spacious park, rising with terraces, and private parking which is a great rarity in the lake front premises. Easy transport accessibility - 150 m to the ferry station or the bus station. A lot of restaurants, bars, cafes, beautiful villas around. The Minimarket is 300 m away. For swimming - up to Lido 400 m, to the free beach 1,3 km. Spacious apartment (60 sq.m.) unifies both: home comfort and the layout of a hotel at once (since the building was originally built as a hotel): • separate bedroom with a balcony; • spacious living room with a dining area and a combined kitchen. The living room has 2 sofa beds; • kitchen (with a balcony) is equipped with everything you need (dishes, kettle, tea, coffee, coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven and a dishwasher); • bathroom with shower. There is a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel; • the apartment is equipped with a large number of wardrobes and a dressing area, where there is also a laundry area with washing machine with drying and iron. Belle Ile Lake View Suite is located in the central and the most beautiful part of Como Lake, giving host to many beautiful towns, villas, parks, lido, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is located on the shores of one of such eye-catching towns - Cadenabbia. I highly recommend choosing it should you plan to stay on Como Lake for 3-4 days or longer. In any case your vacation will be exquisite and eventful. Directly from the Belle Ile Lake View Suite you can walk along the beautiful promenade to the famous Villa Carlotta (only 600 meters), and then swim in the beautiful Olivelli Park (1 more km walk) and cool off with a glass of prosecco in the park bar. Don’t miss to walk around Villa del Balbianello (4.5 km away - it's only 8 minutes by car or take a longer but thrilling boat ride to Lenno via Bellaggio). Then take a charming promenade on the shores of Lenno. A distinctive convenience of the Belle Ile Lake View Suite is that the ferry station is only 150 m. In 15-20 minutes you can get to Varenna or Bellagio, which are located on opposite shores of the lake. You will appreciate the fact that the Cadenabbia ferry station is open until 23:00 pm during the summer season, so you may take late dinner in one of the restaurants of Bellaggio or Varenna and return back home. If you want to enjoy the views of Lake Como and Bellagio in privacy, then there are 2 balconies in the apartment at your disposal. You can cook your own pasta in the charming Italian-style kitchen or just go downstairs on the ground floor to the charming restaurant with a new chef. Alternatively, should you want to pause and spend a day on the beach spot, then in Cadenabbia you will find the elegant Lido (400 m to it) and a free beach with a bar and sun lounger rentals (1,3 km to it).
