Bright and welcoming attic apartment. Exclusive location in the town center, a few steps from the lakeside cycle path, supermarkets and services. Large habitable balcony. Wi-Fi and Smart TV connected to the internet. Underfloor heating. Reserved parking space. The attic is located on the third and top floor of a building located on the main road of Auronzo. To access it you need to go up four short flights of stairs and a staircase inside the apartment (NO elevator). The entrance to the building is shared with the other residential units in the building. Distributed on two levels, the attic is equipped with an internal staircase that separates the entrance from the rest of the apartment, which is composed of a living room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single bunk beds. On the large balcony there are table and chairs for dining and relaxing while enjoying the panoramic view of the lake and the Dolomite mountains. At check-in you must sign the rental contract, register your identity documents to send to the police station and pay the tourist tax. Auronzo di Cadore is a small and welcoming mountain village located in the eastern Dolomites, a UNESCO heritage site. Located on the shores of Lake S. Caterina, it is located in a strategic position to visit the most famous tourist destinations in the area, including the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Lake Sorapis and Lake Braies. In winter it is possible to ski in Auronzo on the slopes of Monte Agudo, while half an hour's drive away takes you to the Drei Zinnen ski area in Sesto in Val Pusteria.
