Every Loft is a large spacious open floor plan with plenty of seating and the house is the most scenic and prestigious of the city hill. From this peaceful setting, it's hard to believe that you are just 15 minutes from Naples city center and one hour from Rome by train Extravagant and comfortable apartment (about 125 m² and 60m²), ideal for families, small groups of friends and For All Those Who love to relax on holidays. There are wide outdoor spaces where you can enjoy a drink after the beach and your tour in the old town or have dinner, refreshed by the wind breeze. The living room is airy and inviting. In the evening it is possible to listen to the noise of the birds from the close gardens while sitting comfortably on the sofa, reading a good book or simply relaxing after a walk into the nature. The kitchen has just been renovated and it is thought for those who, even on holiday, want enjoy cooking. It is equipped with toaster and microwave, freezer and refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, utensils and cooking utensils There is also a washing mashine into the kitchen. In theLoft for two persons, there are olso a private balcony on a quite street .
