Company information

Hello, I'm Guido, Owner of the Peppermint House, together with my brother Sergio. We run also the apartments called "Casa Carozzi", not far from the Peppermint House. Since it is a positive experience, we've decided to increase the offer buying and refurbishing another apartment in our district, Precotto, where we both live. We hope you'l appreciate the Peppermint House too. The amount displayed on the portal includes the owner's rent and the fee for the ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Property information

The Peppermint House is a comfortable fully equipped 2-rooms apartment. It is located on the first floor in a small building, included into a picturesque court belonging to a former farmstead, "ancient Milano" style. Until the end of 1800 it was part of the large possessions of the Vicomte of Modrone. Perfect for couples or for business trips, it is easy to reach, well connected with the city centre (50 meters far from the Precotto Metro Station, 17 minutes to the Duomo Cathedral), the Bicocca University and two main Hospitals. Within a stone's throw from the apartment there are a large Supermarket with a laundry, many Bars, Bakeries, two Banks and all the shops and services you may need.

Neighbourhood information

The Precotto area, the east part in particular, has maintained the old flavour of the ancient burg, with many small houses, old restructured farmsteads, the Chapel of Saint Mary Magdalen (1500 D.C.) and various green areas and parks, ideal for jogging. Its transformation from agricultural area into and industrial district and afterwards in a residential area continues nowadays, and the real estate market is pretty lively with high demand.
