It is located 13 minutes from the Poetto beach and 10 minutes from the city center. Rilassati in un moderno trivano independente al centro di Cagliari. Ristrutturato di recente, con bellisimo tetto in legno a vista e soppalchi, 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni piu soggiono e divano letto. Area ufficio privata con scrivania sul soppalco. 10 min da centro e 13 dalla spiaggia cittadina. Fornita di tutti i confort, internet alta velocita' e AC in ogni ambiente.
