Please note that the hotel will undergo parking equipment maintenance on the following dates: December 1, 2024 - December 4, 2024.
During those period, the entering/leaving parking is unavailable. Guests arriving by car who check in or check out between 1 December and 4 December will be guided to the partner car parking (10-minute walk) or to a nearby coin-operated car parking.
Please note, the credit card that was used to guarantee the reservation will be charged with applicable cancellation charges in the event of cancellation after the cancellation deadline.
On-site multi-storey car parking accommodates cars up to 155 cm high. Please note that if you need parking for a large car, you may be directed to a paid public parking nearby.
For guests booking a meal inclusive rate, a breakfast buffet is served between 07:00-10:00. (Their last order is 9:30).
Alipay is accepted at the property.
Guests staying in the Superior Queen or Comfort King room can rent an exercise bike at an additional charge per day, if a request is made directly to the property in advance. Please note requests are subject to availability as the number of bicycles are limited.
Please note, guest room temperatures are centrally controlled. Guests cannot switch between air conditioning and heating.

Due to a power outage throughout the entire building, room lighting, toilets, air conditioning, elevators, parking lots, and all other areas of the building that require electricity will be out of service.
*In addition to the above, there is a possibility that hot and cold water may not be available.
