China“旅馆就在海边，虽然旅馆距离地铁站有点远（大约5公里），但是旅馆的客服很热情，主动提出来到地铁站来接我（但我漏看了消息，自己坐公交车去的，到了公交车站下车后发现客服早已在公交站等候了，客服看见我到了于是立马开车把我载到了旅馆），第二天退房的时候客服又主动提出来开车免费送我去地铁站，真的是非常感谢他”
