Hida Takayama Hodakaso Yamano Iori is just a 3-minute walk from JR Takayama Train Station and a 10-minute walk from Old Town and Takayama Jinya and Miyagawa Morning Market. The hotel is located in the center of Takayama city, and there are many restaurants around. The Japanese-style accommodation offers spacious public baths. No meals are provided, but bread and soup are provided as light meals in the room. Free parking is provided on site. Rooms feature a tatami (woven-straw) floor, shoji sliding paper screens and low furniture. They come with a fridge, green tea and a flat-screen TV. Guests can choose to stay in Japanese-style rooms with traditional futon bedding or rooms with Western low bed mattresses. Guests can lay back and unwind in spacious public baths, which are separate for men and women. The hotel provides luggage storage. Drinks can be purchased 24 hours at vending machines. Yamano Iori Hodakaso is a 10-minute ride from Hida No Sato Minzoku Mura Folk Village.
