Please note that guests are required to show the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival. If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling.
In a single reservation when 5 rooms or more are booked, it is considered as a group reservation. In this case a pre-payment may be asked as a guarantee of the reservation, acceptable only by bank transfer. Credit card is not accepted for pre-payment.
