Please note that the following instructions apply for the elevator:
- Always close the inside and outside elevator doors when leaving the elevator. Otherwise, other guests can not access it.
- When you arrive at your level, wait approx. 4 seconds for security reasons. The door may get damaged otherwise.
The following extra options are available upon request and have to be confirmed by phone
- Use of the hot tub is possible at a surcharge of EUR 90 per 2 adults.
- The exclusive Prosecco breakfast in bed can be arranged for EUR 90 per 2 adults.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
