Furnished and equipped apartment with everything you need for your vacation. Just 40 meters from Praia da Rocha beach, Apartment Rocha Varandas Laranja. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with kitchenette and seating area, as well as a TV. A balcony with partial sea and pool views. The apartment features a seasonal outdoor pool for adults and children and garage parking. ################################################################################################## The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable), are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days booking). The meter reading at the entrance and exit is taken to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made). Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u. If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the deposit.

Neighbourhood information

Praia da Rocha is a beach in the municipality of Portimão, Algarve (Portugal). This beach has a large expanse of sand, with a total area of about 146,000 m2, along 1.5 km of coastline. Next to the beach stands the Santa Catarina Fortress, built in the 17th century to ensure the defense of the Arade river bar.   The beach owes its name to the rocks that lie between the beach and the sea. It is one of the most famous in the Algarve, if not the whole of the country. Every year during the summer, the beach is filled with tourists from all over the world and, despite its large length, it is rare not to get crowded. By the beach there are a variety of restaurants and bars that attract large numbers of tourists, both day and night.
