Casa de férias completa acolhedora com muita luz e terraço de vista privilegiada. Uma antiga casa de pedra tradicional da região reconstruída e ampliada com um toque de modernidade, única num espaço próprio verde de 6000 m2 acessível aos hóspedes. O sol contorna toda a casa, entrando no quarto pela manhã através de uma porta envidraçada e pela tarde na sala de 40 m2 através de três portadas também envidraçadas. A sala tem dois confortáveis sofás sendo um deles sofá-cama de 2X1,4m e o outro com chaise-longue. Águas quentes provenientes de bomba de calor, climatização com ar condicionado e cozinha totalmente equipada designadamente com placa de indução, forno, máquina de lavar loiça, frigorífico, micro-ondas, torradeira e máquina de café. Espaço próprio envolvente da casa particularmente amplo e verdejante com zonas de pinhal, vinha, olival e cerca de uma centena de árvores de fruto incluindo cerejeiras, numa área tranquila que convida ao descanso, acessível aos hóspedes.
Fáceis acessos, a 2 km da A23 e a escassos metros de estação com paragem de comboios regionais e intercidades. Também a uma distância em minutos a pé, pode desfrutar de refeições tradicionais em restaurante de referência. Boa localização para aceder a vários locais turísticos como a Serra da Estrela, Belmonte, Manteigas, Sabugal ou Aldeia Histórica de Sortelha, e praias fluviais como Valhelhas, Verdelhos, Meimão, Meimoa ou Cortes do Meio. A três quilómetros de distância localizam-se as ruinas romanas da Quinta da Fórnea.
