Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is available upon request. The holiday apartment also boasts a shared open terrace where you can chill out in the evening. A parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Smoking is not allowed indoors (there is an ashtray outside). Additional guests who are not officially checked-in are not admitted. Please avoid making unnecessary noise from 9 pm to 9 am. Parties are not allowed.
