My Portugal Experience by OCvillas was founded in 2011 in Albufeira by two members. Both with professional experience in the hotel, tourism and travel industry, feeling the need to implement new ideas and invest in the area of hospitality, the well-known Local Accommodation. It was the passion for this project that drove its growth, new investments and improvements. Some 5 million visitors come to the Algarve every year and Albufeira welcomes a large part of them in fine style. Casa Vela villa provides 4 spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchen and an open space living room, which makes it ideal for a family holiday, with capacity for 8/10 people. Outside, a large terrace provides a BBQ great to dine alfresco surrounded by pretty gardens. Within just a few minutes walk a supermarket, restaurants and several beaches can be found. Albufeira´s marina and the bustling old town can also be reached within a short drive where a vast selection of restaurants and bars can be found. For safety, the property has security cameras outside the house (1 at the main entrance, 1 at the garage entrance, and 2 directed towards the pool and house) for the protection of guests. Recorded data is deleted after 30 days. If guests are uncomfortable with the presence of the cameras, they can be removed if requested at least one week in advance. However, it is important to inform them that by choosing to remove the cameras, they will be fully responsible and not covered by insurance for any incidents, accidents,break-ins during their stay, as the insurance company will not accept claims if the cameras and alarm are not activated at the time of the incident, accident,break-in.

Casa Vela in Sao Rafael it’s a quality and very spacious villa. It’s located in a residential area of Sao Rafael, only 10 minutes away walking from this famous beach; other beaches like Coelha, Galé, Salgados or premium golf courses or even the fine supermarket “Apolonia” are only 3/5 minutes away by car. The popular Guia with its many "chicken Piri-Piri" restaurants can be reached just a 10-minute drive. Casa Vela is ideal for those who want to park the car and enjoy a relaxing holiday, or take our suggestion and walk through the Salgados Lagoon, or maybe you can just play golf in the Salgados Golf Course just a few minutes away. There is a variety of, water-parks and Marinas/zoos for the children. Watersports on the beaches, horse-riding and the most wonderful walking country all within easy reach. The Algarve Shopping and famous restaurants for the Chicken Piri-Piri are only a short drive away, as well as Albufeira's Old Town, Marina and the famous Oura Strip.
