The apartment was fully renovated in 2023, and offers the cleanest contemporary design and looks, with little or no compromise for a family or group of up to 6 guests. Large open plan living areas and kitchen, so no one is missing out the fun, a well sized terrace with outdoor chairs, and a beautiful mix of city-beach-and-ocean view, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and air-conditioning throughout. Outdoors and within the residence, guests will find a swimming pool overlooking Stanley Ho Avenue. The apartment has its parking place in the garage, and the residence has daytime security and porterage. Wireless internet access, cable TV and cleaning once a week are included in the rental.

At the heart of the Portuguese Riviera, Estoril was the last refuge to European Royal families in the 20th Century, and earned its place in a very exclusive club, sitting next to its French and Italian cousins. From your balcony, everything is within sight, and within walking distance. The iconic Casino Estoril, today the largest in Europe, offers not only gambling rooms, but also world-class theatre performances staged by Felipe La Féria, fine dining restaurants such as The Mandarin, bars, a club and live music. To your right and walking down onto the beach, you will find Jackpot restaurant, offering excellent local cuisine, just before the pubs around Deck bar grounds. To your left looking from your balcony, between hotels Inglaterra and Palacio guests will find a supermarket, famous Garrett pastry and bakery shop, the Grill, and Banyan Tree Spa. Cascais is a 15 minute stroll away (or a short 2 minute train ride if you are happy to skip the walk), and Lisbon is a 35 minute train ride away.
