O GEMA Family Villa está situado em Barcouço, uma pequena e tranquila localidade na zona da Bairrada. O alojamento fica a 5 minutos do acesso Coimbra Norte da A1 - Autoestrada A1, do inicio da IP3 (Viseu) e da A14 (Fig. da Foz). A cidade de Coimbra, destino turístico e cultural de eleição e cuja Universidade, Alta e Sofia possuem desde 2013 o selo de Património da Humanidade da UNESCO, fica apenas a 15 min. de carro (15km), a magnifica Mata Nacional do Buçaco a 20 min. (15 km) e o Parque da Curia a 15 min. (15 km). O GEMA Family Villa é composto por 3 pisos e uma agradável zona exterior, que poderá ser utilizada como estacionamento privado ou zona de convívio. No rés-do-chão, encontra-se uma cozinha totalmente equipada com máquina de louça, fogão, forno e microondas, uma sala de estar com zona de refeições, um quarto com uma cama individual e uma casa de banho.
