Happy House is a brand new luxury apartment located in the heart of Downtown Ponta Delgada. It is designed for the hard to please clientele who demands the best of their vacation stays. It features AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING throughout the home with remote climate control included at NO extra charge. A large walk in shower with 2 shower heads ( rain bird) and excellent water pressure with unlimited hot water. Washer and dryer are available in the home for your laundry needs free of charge. It also features large outdoor patio and outdoor furniture.
I was born here in Saint Michael Island and I live currently in Sarasota FL. USA. During my frequent visits to my beloved Island I suffered a lot of bad experiences at the places i was renting and also with hotels. Most often the bathrooms did not provide a confortable shower with steady hot water, there was no or poorly designed climate controls, mold in the rooms , etc.
The condo is located within walking distance to Museums, churches and tourist attractions such as Portas Do Mar and the casino. The saltwater pools are located within 5 minute walk and the beaches a short 5 minute drive or 25 minutes walk. There are numerous resturants and shops around the condo and several bars and clubs.
