Property information

Very comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated, the apartment sleeps five (maximum 4 adults + 1 child), has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a very spacious and bright living / dining area which opens onto a covered terrace with dining table and chairs for six. Here is the perfect place for you to relax and savour great meals alfresco. The master bedroom features a very comfortable king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and has a sliding door that leads to a small bedroom with a working station. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a second bathroom is located in the hall. There is also a guest bathroom with WC facilities by the entrance hall. A rooftop pool terrace affords magnificent views of the Natural Park of the Ria Formosa and it´s incredible and unique lagoon. With a north and eastward orientation, the apartment offers a balcony with great morning sun exposure and a nice overview of Olhão’s typical cubist architecture. It is ideal for year-round occupation. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, as well as International TV channels and free wifi. Beach / Pool towels are provided at a surcharge of 6 EUR each and payment is due on arrival in cash. It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is accessible by elevator or by stairs. Parking is available inside the Village Marina complex, in front of the apartment’s block entrance. However, because of this property’s central location, a car is not necessary for an enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located in the Village Marina complex, on the Ria Formosa front and at the heart of Olhão, this modern 2+1-bedroom apartment is minutes away from water-taxis departing for Olhão's famous island with white-sand and crystal-clear water beaches. The nearby open air Market and the waterfront restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood purchased that morning from returning local fishermen, are just some of the great facilities that can be found in this neighbourhood.
