Located within a 10-minute drive from Beja Airport, the Monte da Diabroria – Agroturismo is a tranquil property in the Alentejo. The typically rural guest house features an outdoor swimming pool and a lush green garden. The guest house’s air-conditioned rooms include a private bathroom, flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. Some rooms also include a seating area. The property retains rural elements with cobbled areas, tractors, fields of grain and sunflowers. The outdoor swimming pool has a view of the surrounding landscape, facing the dam and the vast plains. Guests can also take in a tennis match in the property’s court and enjoy a game of darts in the comfortable lounge area. Monte da Diabroria - Agroturismo offers free WiFi access in all public areas. The property’s dining room is available for guests, and serves many dishes based on the rich Alentejo gastronomy and its famed wines. Typical dishes of the region include assorted sausages and chorizos, as well as açordas and migas (both based upon mashed bread with spices, olive oil and eggs). Various local restaurants are available within a 10-minute drive from the Monte da Diabroria. It is a 13-minute drive from the Beja city centre. The city has many landmarks which guests can visit, such as the Beja Castle, the bullfighting ring or even the Rainha D. Leonor Museum. Lisbon is a 96-minute drive away from the Monte da Diabroria.
