Beautiful renovated house with an apartment and studio (the apartment has a great roof terrace, the studio is situated on the ground floor (no terrace) in the Centre of Olhao. If you walk out of the door of this exceptional renovated house, you will find just around the corner the best restaurants, terraces and bars. The famous fish- and vegetable market (buildings designed by Eifel) are within 50 meters. The roof terrace of the house gives you a view on the city of Olhao and the sea and contains a barbecue and lounge chairs to relax and dine. In the house itself you will find the rest and comfort that you can expect from a luxurious apartment.
My name is Tineke Storteboom. I am a painting artist from Amsterdam.
In 2017 I decided to move to the Algarve. First I took the time to discover the area and to get to know the beautiful nature and beautiful towns. After staying in the Algarve for a year I noticed that Ria Formosa area is really the place to be. Here I can find the inspiration I need to be able to do my work as an artist.
I realized that both Tavira and Olhao are towns that feel close to my heart. Therefore I decided to buy two nice properties to start renting out to other people who want to get to know these very nice and warm towns and there surroundings. I bought property with soul and wanted to make it feel like home.
I hope you will enjoy your stay at my selected houses.
Olhao, the undiscovered pearl from the Algarve. Your accommodation is a few steps away from the fish- and vegetable market as well as from many nice bars and restaurants and you walk within 5 minutes to the ferry which brings you to the beautiful authentic islands: Armona, Culatra and Farol. Here the beaches are astonishing.
Or sit with a drink on the boulevard at one of the cafe's watching the boats and fishermen on the Ria Formosa.
Olhao is close to the airport and if you rent a car you can explore the beautiful varied coast from the Algarve.
