Welcome to our 2-bedroom apartment, situated right next to Praia de Santo Amaro. This family-friendly retreat is designed to offer comfort and relaxation for families or small groups of friends. The apartment features a cozy living room that opens up to a balcony, where you can unwind in the hammock while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. With this unbeatable location and proximity to family-friendly activities, it's the perfect location if your seeking a memorable beach getaway. The apartment is on the first floor of a building with no elevator. Its located on a calm and residential area, in close proximity to a variety of attractions, including beaches, parks, playgrounds and cultural sites. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The living Room features a comfortable seating area with sofa and TV, a dining table for 4 and opens up to a balcony with a welcoming hammock. The apartment has one bathroom with shower. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you, furnished with a cooktop, a microwave, oven and refrigerator. Also features a dining table for 4. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
