There is free public parking in front of the building, which cannot be reserved. If you come with your own car, we will do our best to reserve a parking space with our car and you park there when you arrive. and we save the parking space. If you plan to use a car while you are with us, we cannot guarantee you a free, free space in front of the building. There are parking spaces in the area that are in the blue zone and charge 50 rsd (0.45 euros) per hour. Payment can be made by sending an SMS message from the phone number of the operator in Serbia (it must be renewed every hour) or by buying a parking ticket at a kiosk. Parking in the Blue Zone is free on weekdays from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day and on Saturdays from 2 p.m. to Monday at 7 a.m. . A 5-minute walk from the apartment, there is a public parking lot in the courtyard of Matica Srpska, where you can pay a daily ticket in the amount of 90 RSD (0.9 EUR).
Apartment Nikola NS2 is located only 900 m from the center of Novi Sad. A leisurely walk through one of the most beautiful streets, Pašićeva, leads to the corner of Zmaj Jovina and Dunavska Street. At the end of Dunavska Street is the beautiful, relaxing Danube Park. The old town of Novi Sad is rich in facilities for everyone's taste. Cafes and restaurants with a pleasant atmosphere are lined up along Zmaj Jovina and Dunavska Street. In the center of the city is the imposing Catholic cathedral, and a little further down is the beautiful Cathedral. From the center, it is very easy and quick to reach the Petrovaradin Fortress, which Novi Sad is known for. There is a store on the ground floor of the building, which is well stocked. There is also an exchange office, a pharmacy, and a bakery nearby.
