We offer our apartments in a small village Virlog about 800m of Skofja Loka center. Here is very calm area, there is not a lot of traffic through our village. Parking place is available in front of the house, we can offer also place for keeping bicycles, or ski equipment. As our place is very close to the center town, you can walk there very easy, you can walk also to the closest grocery shop or restaurant. Skofja Loka is more than 1000years old town first time mentioned in the year 973, when German emperor Oton II geve the territory of Loka as a present to Abraham the bishop of Freising in Bavaria. Therefore Loka was named to Bishoflack. The old town was spread a lot through the hundreds of years and it is very well preserved and maintained. Therefore it has very interesting historycal monuments to be seen: -the castle with museum -the castle upper tower -the old town house -the mark of Mary -the stone capuchin bridge -the grannary and others There are some marked turistic hiking, bycicle and other paths available: three castles path, path to the Crngrob church...
