Casa Maria is settled in Piran a few steps from Tartini Square, where your family, friends, and colleagues will be close to everything when staying at this centrally-located vacation home. This is an air-conditioned apartment located on the 4rd floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR) of the building that offers amazing views of the ocean. It provides two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and wardrobe for clothes storage. The kitchen has a small round dining table with 6 chairs and it is fully equipped with cooking facilities to make it convenient for guests to prepare meals at any point during their stay. The bathroom is designed with a glass corner shower enclosure and a rectangular wash basin that is set with drawers underneath. Among the other amenities that guests will have access to are the washing machine, ironing facilities, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable channels, and some board games/puzzles for entertainment.
This property is a 2-minute walk to the Port of Piran, 400 meters from St. George's Parish Church, as well as within short walking distances to restaurants, nightlife (bars and pubs), cafes, bakeries, as well as ATMs. PARKING OPTIONS in Piran (guests can request car ticket in the entrance in Piran that would allow them to stay inside Piran for up to 15 min for free for drop-off luggage): ✅ Garage Fornače (22 EUR/day) - From Garage Fornače you can use a free shuttle bus which will drive you to the square of Tartini. The shuttle bus is accessible from the 1st floor (walking distance is 60m to get to the bus station) of the garage (do not take the exit from the roof floor). ✅ Garage Arze (16 EUR/day) - From Garage Arze you can walk to the square of Tartini (approximately 600 m) or you can take a free shuttle bus to get to Piran. Exploring the area can be fun and easy.
