Company information

Newly renovated house in Maenam center. Only 100 meter, 2 minute walk to beach. Situated in quiet natural location only 1 minute walk to Maenam walking street and night market every Thursday. Newly renovated in September 2019. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Price is excluding electricity usage. You must pay THB 6 per unit. If you turn air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around THB 200 per day. Extra beds will be prepared only for reservations of 6 or more persons. If you select only 5 persons, the sofa bed will not be prepared. We will change linen and towels about once every 7 days. Cleaning during your stay will not be provided. We welcome pets, but it must be declared before making a reservation and we will charge extra for additional cleaning. I can arrange motorbike or car rental at good price. I won't need your passport as deposit like most rentals will do here. Transfer to and from pier or airport is also available.

Fast international speed. You can connect to the router. We have network cable for you. - 49" LED TV Full HD with HDMI cable provided - clothes iron - hair dryer - safe to store valuables - electric floor fan Fully equipped kitchen - coffee maker - microwave oven - hot water kettle - blender - toaster - electric induction stove - ceramic and teflon frying pan - steel cooking pots - cutting board and kitchen knife - refrigerator with freezer compartment - Washing machine. Private bathroom with hot water shower.

Neighbourhood information

It's in Maenam center and restaurants and shops and beach are all only 100m away. Maenam is a small laid back village situated in northern part of the island of Samui. It's the perfect place if you want to get away from the hustle of bustle of Lamai or Chaweng. There are no red light districts here, so more suitable for families with children. Maenam beach is good for swimming year round with no dangerous currents suitable for children. Property is surrounded by tropical garden. Every Thursday there is Maenam Walking Street with lots of street food and shopping. 100 meter to Maenam beach 10 km to Chaweng 17 km to Lamai 10 km to airport 13 km to ferry pier in Nathon
