This is a site where the night silence is disturbed only by the musical lapping of the sea waves and the morning – by birds chirping. Villa Azaiiza is suitable for people exhausted from the dizzying urban life, from the daily marathon for the sake of an elusive success. It is also a healthful retreat, a secluded comfortable place to revive your strength, to regain vitality and to merge with nature. Even a short stay will reload your batteries to continue your life battle. Please take a notice that our Villa has TWO apartments with separate entrances, so you may have neighbours at the other floor. At the first floor there is a grand four rooms apartment: living room, dining room, two covered terrases with sea view, three bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, fooly equiped kitchen. Downstairs there is a more cosy apartment for a family of five persons maximum: living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen and shower room. Outdoor there is a garden, an open terrace with barbecue and eating area to enjoy your meal outdoors; a summer shower room with shower and toilet to clean yourself after the beach, also a secure indoor parking for up to 3 vehicules. The open spaces are to share with eventual guests of the other floor apartment. You are welcome to the home of your dream. P.S. In mid and high season accommodation requires a 50% prepayment.
Chatt Meriem is a seaside village; villa Azaiiza is located in a respectable middle-class neighborhood of the village. Our paved street extends right to the beautiful sandy beach. It is only 5km from the village to Port El Kantaoui as well as to an 18-hole golf course. The city center of Sousse (Medina and railway stations) is 15km away, the International Airport Enfidha-Hammamet is 19km away, the International Airport Monastir Habib Bourghiba – 30km away, the International Airport Tunis-Carthage is 140km away.
