Newly refurbished with new patio sliding doors and windows. New Air conditioning Queen Angel Suite is one of eight suites in the most beautiful exclusive secure development on Grafton Beach. The interior is designed for relaxed informal living. A gate (with shower adjacent) takes you from the pool complex and gardens onto Grafton beach, one of the prettiest on the Island with excellent swimming, body boarding and snorkeling. All rooms have air conditioning and the living and master bedroom suite also have ceiling fans and access directly onto the front terrace overlooking the sea. A maid service is weekly unless by arrangement. The suite is on the upper floor with wonderful sunsets seen from the terrace, seating for 8 and two sun loungers. A spiral staircase accesses the communal pool, sun terraces and gardens direct from the suite. The complex is accessed via an automatic security gate leading to secure underground parking with internal access up to the suites. The complex has a resident manager who lives in his own service suite and maintains all aspects of the development. There are also external surveillance cameras.
I live in the UK and have had the apartment since it was built. I have visited most islands in the Caribbean and have not found a better sited property with direct access onto a beach and a user friendly sea.
The beach has a restaurant on it and the water is ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Two golf courses are a short drive away and there is fantastic scuba diving all around the island.
