If you would like to host a small daytime gathering, you must first request permission from the host. No more than 10 people will be allowed at the home at any given time. Excessive noise and/or trash that disturb the neighborhood will incur a fee and poor review. Additionally, failure to follow the rules can result in eviction from the property without a refund.
