24/7 security is present on the estate.
Yacht basin, coffee shops, award-winning restaurants and art galleries are within safe walking distance.
V&A Waterfront with its exclusive shopping district, is a 5-10min scenic walk away.
Kayaking and stand-up boarding on the canal outside the apartment is also available.
