Comfortable room with a basic kitchen. Water was free to refill at the basement. Easy to get around Florence via bus as there were many bus stops nearby.

This hotel is simply excellent.
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights over a weekend.
The staff were friendly, helpful and increadibly attentive. The room was clean, modern and well appointed. The hotel provides a free mini-fridge stocked with soft drinks and a beer, which was replaced daily. This was in addition to an array of hot drinks and a few other snacks. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. The shower had good power and the water was lovely and hot - not always a given!
The hotel is located next to the Duomo and a short walk from the other key sights in Florence.
The breakfast was really good. There was an extensive array of cooked food, cold meats, salad, fruit, pastries and cereals.
We used the bar a number of times for coffee and drinks. We especially enjoyed the free buffet that was put on during the happy hour each day.
We would recommend this hotel, and if we do return to Florence we would certainly stay here again.
Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.
Close to train station and within easy walking distance to shops, bars, and the Monash Campus. The accommodation is spacious with kitchen, dining table and lounge area. Rooms have air conditioning and all facilities are excellent.
The space had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely modern bathroom, comfy beds with lovely linen. This apartment feels safe and homely but also modern and chic. Also has lovely little outdoor space for sitting in the morning sunshine with a cup of tea.
Bercos deluxe is in a beautifully-renovated villa. It is very spacious and very secure: barred windows, shutters, high gate for the car park. The kitchen and living room area is enormous. There are two bathrooms with good showers. The sound-proofing is very good. It is so central, just a few minutes easy walk to the main square.
Great place love it
But for some reason we have bin told for the last 2 times the spa is closed
We come manly because of the indir jacuzzi
And please try to put less chlorine inside
And have moor patients for the non Italian costumers .
We love this hotel resort
It's like having your own home in Tuscany
We will come back agin and agin
Spacious room & bathroom, spotlessly clean, nice patio outside ground floor rooms, super cozy! Very nice breakfast, very polite staff, free parking across the street.
The apartment is in the very center of the city and close enough to the train station; from there you can easily go exploring all the city as well easily go back to chill.
The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and spacious; it can easily host a family as well.
It is calm and relaxing, with very comfortable bed(s). Super recommended!
The host, Alberto, was delightful and very helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with rather elegant wooden furniture and a big bed. Slightly old-fashioned, which I liked! Water was lovely and hot in the shower. There was no provision for food, but that was made clear when booking - bring your own supplies for breakfast. There was a shared kitchen with cooking facilities, which was useful. I appreciated the fact that my privacy was respected and the room wasn’t tidied until the end of my stay.
Place is amazing the room is like something oute of a ferry tale
The land scape is beautiful
The owner give thought to every detail ( work of art )
Great place to make barbecue
And it's located next to all the clothing suppliers in prato 4 min drive
Year round jacuzzi spa
And everything smells like flowers
it’s in the heart of the city ..Sparkling clean bathroom ..Very quiet ..Relaxing ..Easy to find ..Friendly and helpful host …Many shops and restaurants around ..supermarket 200 meters ..Would be glad to come back again … perfect weekend ..and chillax ..
