The place is amazing, very calm, nicely located and the design is fabulous. You have all the equipment inside for cooking.
What I liked the most is that when we arrived, the house was really "guest ready" the jacuzzi was on, the fire was already burning in the fire place, so yo really get a homy feeling as soon as you are there.
Rui is a fantastic host who is really there for his guests. We will go back and stay longer next time

The staff were helpful and non-intrusive. The hotel has a lounge area adjoined to a terrace which is was excellent for a drink late at night. There was a small self-service bar for guests to use and pay at check-out. The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the Roman temple (hence the name). Had a great experience and happily recommend it. Thank you.

The street is very quiet and calm, and there are restaurant options nearby. The room is very spacious and has lockers available. It is well ventilated and even has a fan if you need it. It has a small terrace next to the kitchen. Breakfast is packed and available the night before in each room identified with the guest's name, which gives you independence. It was spacious clean and attractive. The kitchen was large and well supplied with cooking and dining equipment. The recently renovated old style building even incorporated a Roman arch in the lounge room wall. I loved to hear the church bells last thing at night and again when I awoke in the morning. We could walk everywhere in the old town very easily and return for short breaks. Celeste was a very nice host and communicating with her was easy and she was quick to reply.
