Kids club is amazing, kids loved it so much. Hotel hired a lot of staff, so people there do not appear overwhelmed.

The El Meco Mayan Ruins is 7 miles from the hotel. What is better than waking up every morning to see the magnificent view of the Mexican gulf! The room was great. A large suite with a seating area and terrace. To bathroom is huge with very nice amenities. Staff are welcoming and cooperative. We tried the room service, buffet, and different restaurants in the hotel, all were fantastic. The beach was the best part in this trip. Turquoise water and sandy beach. The entertainment program in the hotel is good and creative. Mexican nigh, piano, magic show. There is a different program for every night. We got an upgrade and a very delicious cake because we were celebrating our anniversary. Grand fiesta Americana Will be my first choice when I can back to Cancun.
