Hospitality level not seen before in Cancun - everybody is willing to help and goes above and beyond. All parks are included in price, so we had a lot of fun there. Kids club is amazing, kids loved it so much. Hotel hired a lot of staff, so people there do not appear overwhelmed.

One of the highlights of our trip was our visit to the spa for a couples massage and hydrotherapy experience. The spa was tranquil and beautifully designed, creating a calming escape within the resort. Our massage therapists were incredibly skilled, leaving us both feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The hydrotherapy circuit was equally luxurious, with soothing water treatments that felt like a perfect addition to the experience.
