Awesome hotel, big territory. Hospitality level not seen before in Cancun - everybody is willing to help and goes above and beyond. All parks are included in price, so we had a lot of fun there. Kids club is amazing, kids loved it so much. Hotel hired a lot of staff, so people there do not appear overwhelmed.

The hydrotherapy circuit was equally luxurious, with soothing water treatments that felt like a perfect addition to the experience.
