I loved the quasi-hostel/quasi-motel feel to the place.
The bed was, undoubtedly, one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Loved it.
Location to the Cafe/boulangerie was perfect.
Hubby liked tables/chairs available almost like a restaurant where we could make coffee, etc.

While not right in the centre of the town, it was only a short walk from the centre (about a one km, but really even less to get to the beginning of the strip) The hotel was on top of the hill so the view of Perce rock was just spectacular! And we could see it from our room. There was also an outdoor swimming pool from which you could see the rock :).they had some outdoor activities which we did not use so cannot comment on them. Finally, the staff was very nice :

With an excellent view of the Perce rock and Bonaventure island. The rooms are nice and clean, but a bit too small for a family of four. The hotel grounds are nice, with a beautiful fireplace for the evening, a good place where to stay and enjoy the view.

It is within walking distance of the village of Perce allowing us to just park our car and forget about driving for a couple of days. The property has a lovely picnic area and access to a 1 Km stretch of beach. Swimming might be a bit hazardous though as it becomes deep within about 5 meters of the shoreline.
