Piccadilly Circus
A busy junction blazing with billboards and bright lights, Picadilly Circus draws crowds – stopped in their tracks on the way to Soho or Leicester Square. Flanked all around by grand buildings, at its heart sits a lavish bronze fountain, providing a useful meeting place and focal point for photographs.

Very busy and noisy.
Very busy and noisy. It connects Regent street to Piccadilly. There are various eating places and shops to explore in Regent street. The Banksy exhibition is also in Regent street. A must for Banksy fans, well worth a visit.

As crowded as it can be, especially on weekend I love visiting Piccadilly due to its vibe. The pub "The Devonshire" around the corner is also worth a visit if your into Guinness. The Zedwell hotel is also worth staying in of you can get it cheap as it's right in the heart of Piccadilly.

I lived in London and worked in the legal system during the winter of 1980-81. My work was near Piccadilly so I would sometimes stop by a Burger King there and have a "Whaler" fish sandwich for lunch with a chocolate shake.

Amazing teaming with life it is at the other end of Shaftesbury Avenue, where most of the theatres are. A beautiful leisurely stroll to get to Piccadilly Circus where there even more theatres around there and again places to eat, with beautiful heritage buildings.

Crazy, overrated and overcrowded place.
Crazy, overrated and overcrowded place.
Nothing to do with the authentic English history any longer as all you do is bumping into mass loads of disrespectful tourist looking down on their phones thinking they own the place.

The location was perfect, in the middle of Piccadilly Circus. Inside the hotel you did not hear any of the noise from outside. The room was small, no storage spaces but the bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean. For a small city trip or if you work for travel it is perfect.

There are lots of famous areas close to each other and easily within walking distance. We got off the underground at Piccadilly Circus and walked easily to Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Regent Street and Covent Garden areas.
