We recently stayed at The Leela Palace, New Delhi, as a family of three – a toddler, a vegan adult, and a disabled adult – and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to cater to our diverse needs, ensuring every detail was taken care of with thoughtfulness and efficiency. The complimentary airport transfers were a wonderful touch and made travelling with a toddler so much easier. We also greatly appreciated the personalised attention and care that each member of the team provided, from the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful gestures throughout our stay. There are too many amazing staff members to name, but every single person we interacted with was fabulous and contributed to making our stay unforgettable. The property itself is stunning, offering a blend of luxury and comfort, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to accommodate our dietary preferences. Special mention to the chefs who thoughtfully prepared vegan meals that were both creative and flavourful. We stayed for six days and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Whether it was relaxing in the beautiful surroundings, indulging in the delicious cuisine, or experiencing the warm hospitality, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The building is of course iconic , and the grounds surround it. The hotel is furnished beautifully and with every comfort in mind. Comfortable beds, super bathrooms, outstanding spa facilities, and a good sized pool and outside area - you would not think you were in the heart of New Delhi! Staff were attentive without being “in your face”, and happy to enter into conversation. Nishant was exceptional!

It’s a great location, not very far from the airport. Very close to other Delhi attractions. It has some very good Fine Dining restaurants. We were also upgraded to a suite that was exceptionally luxurious and made our stay memorable.
