Staff were ever so helpful and accommodating for our children and the views of Mount Fuji were amazing. We could see it from our room, from the Ibsen and also got great photos just a couple of minutes walk from our hotel. The free shuttle bus from and to the hotel was great too.

Incredibly friendly staff, lovely communal areas inside and out, happy hour bar and a great dinner. Location was short walk from station and easy to get to Lake Kawaguchiko.
