We went last month {October} and it was insanely busy.
We went last month {October} and it was insanely busy. I mean insane. You could barely walk around the park, let alone get on a ride. The big rides all had 2hr + wait times. We got on three rides all day {Jaws - over an hour wait, Hello Kitty tea cups - 40min wait and 95mins at the end of the day for Flight of the Dinosaur}. We couldn’t get access to Super Nintendo World - tried all day, but no joy. Couldn’t even get a butter beer…line was nearly 1hr {and that was standard for most food stalls}. We ended up exiting the park to get lunch coz we were so deflated. Not a great experience and wouldn’t go again. If you can afford the express passes {wasn’t an option for our family}, then you may have a better time, but even walking through the park with the crowds was not enjoyable. Do not recommend.

Go really early, the park often opens earlier than listed on the website. In that way we got into Marioland without time slot. Express tickets saves you lotssss of waiting, Av. waiting time at popular attractions was easily two hours. Amazing theme park!!!IlseSwitzerland - Scored 1010
Brilliant theme park.
Brilliant theme park. But best to get the express pass to make the most of the day. Express passes also allows for timed entry to get into Harry Potter and Mario World. Failing that, you may have to wait long in queues and may not get the chance to visit either of Harry Potter or Mario World.

A good day to spend there! 4 ride UE is recommended if only a day as very crowded. Timed entry tickets are required for Mario and Harry Potter World. The flying dinosaur is the scariest but nothing compared to Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi.Munhua - Scored 8.08.0

Universal was well presented and staff were amazing (much better than the Orlando park). Check ride closures before visiting as a lot of rides were closed. Turn up an hour early for entry - if the park says it opens at 9 it actually opens its gates at 7:45 - 8:00! We were able to ride two of the biggest rides before 9:30 this way! Times area passes also don’t start until 20 mins after open so you can get into Nintendo world!

Book your tickets before your holiday. Wake up early and reach the place by 7am. people start to queue by 6am. Don't bring selfie or GoPro stick. You can only get your Tax Free near the entrance from 2-10pm. Downside is that people who got big tummies can't get to ride the roller coasters because they can't locked the safety guard.AAnonymous
