The room is really clean and spacious, and they serve a decent breakfast with a nice view on the city. Excellent service, the team work really hard as a family to satisfy the customer. Special thanks to Eman for her continued support!

Excellent location, very comfortable room, extremely clean. Beautiful and new building.
Easy to get to the medina, only 200 m or so but very safe as location is in the edge of the medina. There is a parking next to the building, just an empty dusted space but serves the purpose.
Good breakfast, could have more vegetables (anything like cherry tomatoes, green salad leaves) and cheese - there were, but very small quantities. We were greeted on arrival day with dates filled with nuts - what a delicious treat!
We have also enjoyed the SPA - nice experience too, however somewhat expensive.
Don’t miss Chouara tannery, 20 mins by foot into the medina, lovely walking through the winding alleys.
There is nothing like Fez back home. It's the oldest medina in the world, no cars, many cats and a complicated maze where they people who live there get lost!

In the medina it is almost impossible to avoid the crowds.
In the medina it is almost impossible to avoid the crowds. People are very friendly. If you get lost, ask a shop owner, the older the better.
