Emanuel and his family ( including their parrot Antonia) were wonderful and helpful, the bungalows are clean, the setting by the river is great with many sound effects from various birds and other animals and chicken in the morning. Emanuel's cooking was very tasty. Very enjoyable stay.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make us comfortable. The setting is beautiful and the pool is a great feature. The bed was comfy and the area super peaceful. The ideal place to relax. In addition, they have a baby monkey they rescued who is amazing! So playful and friendly - an unexpected highlight!

We felt so lucky to be immersed in beauty and simplicity, not a lot of shiny/fake bells and whistles here, just the right amount of luxury with non of the tourist trap kind of vibes. This place offers a lifestyle of beauty, care and mindful existence. The food was really good and the staff attentive and kind. Their pet Manchas was adored by the kids who enjoyed the pool and the wildness of this place as much as the adults enjoyed its tranquillity! Best nights of sleep of my life! Only regret, I would have stayed longer!

Beautiful property in the middle of the jungle. We looked at several other lodges but picked this one for it's more modern amenities. This is an all inclusive lodge. Rooms are screened in (not all lodges are) with 5500 acres to themselves. The cost includes daily excursions around the many trails that they created for the guests leisure. The trails take you in to the depth of the jungle while experiencing the beauty that it offers - monkeys, birds, tarantulas, snakes etc. Guilds were extremely knowledgeable and kind. always on the lookout for things to see. Things to consider - bug spray - the local ones work better than the US ones that we brought. Clothing - while hiking - long airy pants and quick dry long (or short) shirts will make your hike more enjoyable. I brought 2 but I wish I had 4-5. Best room is called "Tarzan". We stayed in "Tucan" which was OK but close to other visitors. Hard to describe but you can hear anyone in proximity to your room since it is all screened in. Staff was SUPER hard working. They were on their feet from 4 am to 10 pm daily. I have to tip my hand to these folks, simply incredible! 10 thumbs up for the staff

Very nice lodge, in the middle of the jungle. Many birds and small wild life in the lodge. Expeditions organised by the lodge are various and with excellent guide (Moses). The swimming pool is a plus. Cook is great. Bungalows are very confortable. We highly recommend !

Puerto Maldonado linn on vaid 3,5 tunni kaugusel. (üks tund bussiga ja 2,5 tundi paadiga) See maja on Tambopata rahvusreservaadis ainus. WiFi-ühendus on tasuta. Fantastic location to experience the Amazonian forest in a safe environment. Let’s be clear: keeping such a hotel working in a national park demands lots of logistics (they’re not even allowed to do laundry on site , everything linen and food is transported on boats and then by hand!). Their team works like crazy to keep this experience great and they can be proud. Of course it’s not a traditional 5* and the insect experience could be rough to some but you can’t imagine anything better in such a remote location. Truly a memorable experience, knowledgeable and welcoming guides. This is one trip we’ll always remember.

Välibasseinist avaneb vaade jõele. Majutusasutus Wasai Puerto Maldonado Eco Lodge asub peaväljakust 100 meetri kaugusel. The staff were great and super friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day and the balcony had an amazing view. The room had air con which kept it a nice temperature at night. The shower was brilliant. The restaurant: we tried the salad, the amazonian fish and the pork spaghetti and all were fantastic. The breakfast fruit bowls were the highlight though, aside from the cocktails. A day by the pool was heaven with music, drinks and beautiful sunshine. There were birds, boas and sloths. I didn't want to leave.
