The staff were great: Ramon, Checo and Daniel. Daniel was super on top of things. From the get go we knew what was going to happen. All of them accommodated translation in both English and Spanish. Took their time and we made it!!! This was a very doable experience., I never did a Via Ferrata nor Ziplining nor an extreme sport before and I was very proud. My partner was his first time too, but he is more fit then I am. The facilities were clean, comfy, cozy. SkyLodge was the best bed we had slept in, from our entire Peru trip and that says quite a lot. All instructions were easy to understand and we felt extremely safe all the way. We had the highest pod and had no issue moving between our and the dining pod, even in the dark! There was wind blowing, however nothing too drastic shaking the pod, as some reviews stated(and we did have very strong winds that night- it rained that night) not too much noise as some reviewers experienced from below traffic or the train and only some lights from the towns below but nothing too bad (close the curtains on that side if ur bothered) The food was great, we felt like VIP's and all were truly genuine in their service and hospitality. From our hotel pick up to our drop off (we had a massage appointment to make in Cusco that afternoon) they went out of their way to accommodate us and make the experience one out of this world♥️. The Lodge is in a beautiful quiet location with great mountain views. It’s probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in, and the room was spacious with a very nice shower. Cesar and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We felt like VIPs the entire time!

Beautiful property, Vanessa was very responsive with communication and helpful with drop off and pick ups. She made an awesome breakfast for us. Would definitely stay here again.

With city views, Inkasaire Boutique Lodge is set in Urubamba and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden, terrace and children's playground. This is a little paradise!! We used this hotel to get used to the altitude after arriving in Cusco. It is a family run hotel with beautifull vieuws. It is best to stay at the hotel as there is not much to do in the area but enough at the property itself. We had breakfast at the balcony and in the garden, took a massage, used the jacuzzi at sunset and had a romantic dinner. Relaxed in the hammock. The food is good and the people are friendly. The bed slept great and the bathtub in the room was a bonus!

Really good place with beautiful view, nice and clean rooms, spacious bathroom with hot water. The owners are super nice and helpfull. They take very good care of the place. Breakfast is very good. The sound of river gives you a good night sleep.

Located in Urubamba, Happy Land Valle Sagrado provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a bar. The place is running by mom and son both of them are really friendly and welcoming, my saying was perfect to get a bit away from the city and the landscaping left me speechless,highly recommended
