A 8-minute drive from Chichester, The Horse & Groom is a newly refurbished 17th century pub with delicious award-winning food and ale.

The room was comfortable with a lovely big bed and a really great shower. The pub had a good atmosphere with a fire going. Both the dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints!

    We loved The Town House! The opulence and comfort of the building mixed with the warmth of the wonderful staff! We were extremely lucky to have an upgrade to room no.1 (The Bay) and had the joy of spending a night in Regency splendour! Alex looked after us in the evening with his display of cocktail juggling and Maureen in the morning guiding us through an amazing breakfast! This is a five star plus experience!

    Absolute incredible! From the staff to the location to the luxurious experience (yet very understated and homey), we had an exceptional stay and will definitely be visiting again! A big thank you to the wonderful red haired woman who works in the reception, what a glorious welcome at check in we got from her! We have travelled to many luxurious hotels but this was by far the kindest most friendly welcome we have ever gotten from any staff! The restaurant was wonderful too, beautifully presented top quality food! Can definitely recommend.

    The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The room was beautiful, the detail of the interior was exquisite. The ceiling was beautiful to look at and walls too with a bit of a classical mythology scene. We had the luxury suite with a 4 poster bed,which as very comfortable. We are definitely coming back.

    I have stayed in many hotels for both work and pleasure and staff make or break the experience - huge 5 stars to Nicoletta for being wonderfully welcoming! She would be a credit to any hospitality company!
