We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well!
There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free!
We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean.
Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable.
Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

This is a five-star hotel, so the requirements for it will be corresponding. So, from the pros:
1. Spa complex. A very good complex compared to what is sometimes presented as a spa. Marigold has a pool with very warm water (+46 degrees Celsius), a jacuzzi (the jacuzzi massages rather weakly, to be honest, but if you turn on the air blower, it is more fun), a steam sauna, a Finnish sauna, an adventure shower, an ice fountain and a hammam. The spa has a quiet area, but the silence in it is so-so, and no one monitors it.
2. Cleanliness in the room, pillow menu (upon request), a large comfortable bed with a large comfortable blanket. Bath in the bathroom.
3. Excellent varied breakfasts. It is convenient that the waiters pour coffee at breakfast directly into mugs on the table, and you do not need to carry a hot mug of coffee across half the restaurant.
4. The staff is friendly.
5. Tea, coffee and water in the room are replenished every day.
