Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma se encuentra en Hurghada, a 41 km de Hurghada Grand Aquarium, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y jardín. I don’t often leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so because this resort was perfect! We upgraded to the execute suite and having our own private pool was amazing but in all honesty we didn’t really need it because the hotel pools were all great too. The food was incredible in all the restaurants we tried - but you must reserve at the non-buffet restaurants in advance. The hotel staff were exceptional and extremely friendly which made our stay even better. We will definitely come back in the future.

El Jaz Soma Beach ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, aparcamiento privado gratuito, piscina al aire libre y bar. La amabilidad del personal era increíble, todos se preocupaban de que estuvieras bien, la playa era tranquila y el agua clara, el entretenimiento nunca faltaba, siempre tenías algo para hacer. Todo siempre estuvo increíblemente limpio.

El Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh, muy bien situado en el centro de la bahía de Sahl Hasheesh, en una playa de arena privada de más de 600 m², es un establecimiento de lujo bello que ofrece piscinas de... The gardens, the pools, the staff, the food, epecially the service. My husband wasn't feeling very well , dehydrated , very high blood pressure, and needed a doctor. The lady that helped wonderfully was Katalina behind the desk in te great lobby. The doctor himself Khaled Hegazy did his upmost, even in the middle of the night. Very professinal with his assistant Ahmed el Hady. He consulted Prof. Mina el Wasef, he came within 20 minutes, we felt very safe and they took good care of him. We will be back certainly, especially because of is this great clinic called 24/7. Best hotel ever, best care!!

My husband and our three teenage boys just returned after a week holiday in this beautiful hotel. We had one of our best ever vacation there. We stayed at the Family Swim Up Suite all inclusive, with Posh Club. The suite was great, big, comfortable, well equipped, (superb air-conditioning which was needed) Beautiful sandy beach with easy access and always available sunbeds, several international a ’la carte restaurants with great food, theatre with shows in the evening, everything you wish to have for your holiday. Sport and other activities throughout the day, great entertainment. However the best of all was the staff. The excellent service they provide. Professional, polite always smiling and helpful. I would like to say a big „Thank you” to the waiters of the Posh Club, Khalil, Shahenda, Mustafa and the others who all do a great job and are always very kind. A special thanks to our housekeeper Amr who kept our rooms nice and clean, always there when we needed some assistance. And the biggest „Thank you” goes to our amazing butler Mina!! He was the best. He was there for us day and night, whatever we wished for he made it happen. Mina you made our vacation to a dream! Thank you all, we loved it and cannot wait to go back!
