Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

Located in Hurghada, 41 km from Hurghada Grand Aquarium, Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. I don’t often leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so because this resort was perfect! We upgraded to the execute suite and having our own private pool was amazing but in all honesty we didn’t really need it because the hotel pools were all great too. The food was incredible in all the restaurants we tried - but you must reserve at the non-buffet restaurants in advance. The hotel staff were exceptional and extremely friendly which made our stay even better. We will definitely come back in the future.

Jaz Soma Beach offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. With free Wi Fi only in public area, this 4-star hotel has a garden and a terrace. Everything about the places, starting and ending with the friendliness of the entire staff but to help break down a bit for future potential visitors. The rooms: spacious and has everything you need, large and comfortable beds, a safe, a wardrobe, cleaned daily, towels and bedsheets are changed daily, they offer extra towels or blankets if you ask for it. The food : they have different restaurants offering different food, but it is all delicious and huge variety, let's just say I stayed 6 days and I didn't get to try everything. The beach: Sandy beach with comfortable sunbeds, and the waiters will not leave your hand without something to drink, they will always get you new bottles of water when it turns warm from the heat, the water is awesome and it is like a pool , no waves or rocks or even coral reefs (it might be a downside for people who want to dive but this is not a diving location for diving anyway, i recommend if you are a diver to rent one of the boats from the kiosk conveniently located at the beach to go for a diving location) this is more a beach for relaxation and enjoyment or to have a conventional swim in the sea. The pools: two large pools in addition to a tiny aqua park for the little ones, a lot of people spend their time by and in the pools. The Gym: it is a small gym but very good for a quick workout if you want to keep active during your vacation The SPA : the hotel has a SPA and offer variety of massages, jacuzzi and Sauna but my wife didn't have the best experience with the masseuse. It is charged separately and my wife overall experience was average. The animation team: I can only say that these guys are on energy drinks or something, they are extremely active but not annoying at all, an equation that is extremely hard to balance. They make the resort alive starting from 10.30 am with the stretching both on pool and on the beach until 10.30 PM in the evening after ending a daily entertainment show in their amphitheatre.

The gardens, the pools, the staff, the food, epecially the service. My husband wasn't feeling very well , dehydrated , very high blood pressure, and needed a doctor. The lady that helped wonderfully was Katalina behind the desk in te great lobby. The doctor himself Khaled Hegazy did his upmost, even in the middle of the night. Very professinal with his assistant Ahmed el Hady. He consulted Prof. Mina el Wasef, he came within 20 minutes, we felt very safe and they took good care of him. We will be back certainly, especially because of is this great clinic called 24/7. Best hotel ever, best care!!

My husband and our three teenage boys just returned after a week holiday in this beautiful hotel. We had one of our best ever vacation there. We stayed at the Family Swim Up Suite all inclusive, with Posh Club. The suite was great, big, comfortable, well equipped, (superb air-conditioning which was needed) Beautiful sandy beach with easy access and always available sunbeds, several international a ’la carte restaurants with great food, theatre with shows in the evening, everything you wish to have for your holiday. Sport and other activities throughout the day, great entertainment. However the best of all was the staff. The excellent service they provide. Professional, polite always smiling and helpful. I would like to say a big „Thank you” to the waiters of the Posh Club, Khalil, Shahenda, Mustafa and the others who all do a great job and are always very kind. A special thanks to our housekeeper Amr who kept our rooms nice and clean, always there when we needed some assistance. And the biggest „Thank you” goes to our amazing butler Mina!! He was the best. He was there for us day and night, whatever we wished for he made it happen. Mina you made our vacation to a dream! Thank you all, we loved it and cannot wait to go back!
